Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how Quit ("we", "our", or "us") handles user information on both iOS and Android.

Information We Collect
- Email address (via Firebase authentication)
- App usage data (processed locally on-device only, never sent to servers)
- Purchase and subscription data (via RevenueCat and Google Play)

Screen Time & Usage Data
On iOS, Quit uses Apple's Screen Time API (FamilyControls and DeviceActivity frameworks) to monitor the user's own app usage on their personal device. On Android, Quit uses Android's UsageStatsManager for the same purpose. In both cases all data is processed and stored exclusively on the user's device and is never uploaded, shared or sent to any server or third party.

- To provide core app functionality including usage tracking and personal limits
- To manage subscriptions and purchases
- To improve the app experience

Third-Party Services
- Firebase — user authentication
- RevenueCat — subscription management
- Google Play — Android purchases

Data Storage
App usage and screen time data is stored only on your device. We do not have access to this data. Email address and purchase data are stored securely via Firebase and RevenueCat.

Children
Quit is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your Rights
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion all data is permanently removed.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any significant changes via the app or email.
